So what would you guys like to know?

Well, my name is Jodi Henderson and I’m a bit of a geek….about all kinds of stuff. LOTR, Harry Potter, film music, Twitter, my iPhone, my MacBook, Longhorn sports, office supplies. I seem to spend most of my time these days either reading (between Twitter, books and blogs, there’s a lot to read!), surfing the web or doing stuff around the house.

Other random facts:

  • I live in Austin.
  • I have a BA from UT-Austin and an MBA from UC-Colorado Springs.
  • I am a big time dork.
  • I like being outside when the weather is nice.
  • I enjoy eating out (usually with just a book or my laptop).
  • I need lots of sunshine.
  • I am decidedly not funny. (Even though I try to be on occasion.)
  • I love college sports, especially my Horns!
  • My personality type is INTJ.

You may also be wondering how this blog came about. Well, I read a great book called Crush It! (that’s the Amazon link if you’re interested) that helped me realize I could (and should) do something about my passion for great customer experiences. I think it’s a shame that we seem to hear more bad customer experience stories than good ones and I would like to change that.
